2. Use of the Service

You agree to use VisionMessenger only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or commercial solicitations
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious software
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Distribute illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

3. Account Registration

To use VisionMessenger, you must register with a valid phone number. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information
• Maintaining the security of your device and account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

4. Content You Send

You retain ownership of content you send through VisionMessenger. Because messages are end-to-end encrypted, we do not have access to your message content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you transmit complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Use the Service in a way that could impair or overburden our infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service
• Circumvent any security, rate-limiting, or access-control mechanisms

6. Account Suspension and Termination

VisionMessenger reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse of the Service, or pose a risk to other users or the integrity of the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect users or the Service.

You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep VisionMessenger available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

VisionMessenger and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VisionMessenger and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionMessenger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
