VisionMessenger is built on a simple principle: your private conversations should stay private. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
We collect the minimum information necessary to operate the service:
We do not collect or store the content of your messages, voice notes, or calls. These are end-to-end encrypted and only accessible to you and your intended recipients.
SMS text messages are used exclusively for:
We will never send you marketing messages, promotions, or unsolicited SMS communications.
All messages, media, and voice notes exchanged through VisionMessenger are protected by end-to-end encryption. This means:
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited data only in these circumstances:

You have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@visionmessenger.app.
We use industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage for account data at rest, and regular security reviews. However, no system is perfectly secure — we encourage you to use a strong device passcode and keep your app updated.
VisionMessenger is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of VisionMessenger after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
